At Travel Light Luggage, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not 100% satisfied, we’re here to make it right.

100% Satisfaction

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Items must be in resellable condition with no signs of wear, damage, or tampering

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery

How to Start a Return

Include your order number and the reason for your return.

We’ll provide instructions for return shipping and issue a refund once the product is received and inspected.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt

Exchanges & Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a full refund.
